Mawada is the largest (app + website) for Islamic marriage in the Arab countries. We have more than 7 million members, and more than 2 million downloads in the Google Store and the Apple Store. - but we need your help!
We're looking for an ambitious digital marketing leader to help us ramp up digital marketing and SEO in more than 10 markets. Want an exciting challenge at a fast-paced startup?
We're looking for
- A digitalmarketer with 4+ years of PPC and SEO experience
- You'll help build and manage a small team looking after global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages
- Someone who can write compelling copy that delivers results
- Someone with a deep knowledge of the latest paid and SEO trends - including an understanding of the technical side
Day to day
- Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads
- Hiring and mentoring junior digital marketers
- Creating a global paid strategy
- Creating a global SEO strategy - including multiple languages
- Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (agency or client-side), ideally with a focus on mobile acquisition
- English or French language skills would be a bonus
- Strong understanding and previous experience using SQL
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (UAC campaigns a plus)
- In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and how SEO and Paid work in tandem
- Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works - both web and mobile
- Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Eager to learn, you'll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building
